The CCARP committee is comprised of members of Brisbane Water Aqualung Club, Terrigal Underwater Group, Terrigal Diving School and the previous owner of Gosford Diving Services . All are highly experienced SCUBA divers with a mix of commercial, Naval, professional, specialist and recreational divers.

Col Bartlett
- 38 years engineering service in Royal Navy and Royal Australian Navy.
Lt Commander (retired)
- Originally trained as a navy diver in 1968 and undertook PADI training in 1992 (Deep Diver)
- Served in a range of ship types - destroyers, an aircraft carrier, frigates and submarines.
- Professional engineering specialisation is Explosive Ordnance Engineering
- Currently work for the Defence Materiel Organisation providing technical support to the RAN's range of
medium calibre gun systems.

Carlo Filippetti – A Pioneer Diver
- Joined the Italian Young cadetship during WW2 as frogman learning underwater warfare on a 2-man torpedo.
- After the Allied invasion, Carlo joined the British Navy as a frogman in clearing and exposing of mines in the Adriatic and the Mediterranean Sea .
- Arrived in Australia 1951 working in the Snow River Project
- In 1955 started a Commercial Diving Operation, Construction, Demolition and salvage Business on the South Coast until 1976.
- In 1980 opened a Sport Diving Shop, Gosford Diving Services, teaching Scuba Diving, and Dive Charter Operations until 2007.
- In 1994 Carlo was awarded the prestigious SSI PRO 5000 hosted by Jean Michel Cousteau, the upper echelon of the top 1% who have completed at least 5000 dives. It is likely that this number is double, but they didn't have an award for that many dives!
