No Ship Group Lose Tribunal Delay Attempt

The Central Coast Artificial Reef Project ("CCARP") is very pleased that the latest attempt by the No Ship Group to delay the Court case was today refused by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

"What is wrong with this Group? They have known for several months the Court case was set for 5 July...and now they tell the people of the Central Coast they are not ready!!!” said Sue Dengate, the Secretary of CCARP.

“Is this just another delaying tactic gone wrong, or is it that the No Ship Group can’t find any experts to support their claims”. said Sue

“They have been running around the Central Coast all year in their red T-shirts telling everyone that they had many many "experts" to support them...well where are those experts now???.... do they have any Australian experts?...why do they need more time???” Dengate said

“Is the real position that the No Ship Group is running scared?”

“The Central Coast says to the No Ship Group it's time to "put up or shut up"!!....and we can’t wait to see you in Court next week!!”
